Pro tier: 99.9% uptime SLA
Enterprise: Custom SLA

Support:

Free: Community support only
Pro: Email support (24-hour response time)
Enterprise: 24/7 dedicated support

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

We do not use your data to train models without consent
You can delete your data at any time

9. Termination

By You:

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Paid subscriptions will continue until the end of the billing period.

By Us:

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

10. Disclaimers

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding amounts paid to us in the past 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GenAI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Content you create using our Services

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree to changes, you must stop using the Services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution:

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@genai.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration:

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and class actions.

16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GenAI
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive that right
Force Majeure: We're not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
